Ultra 5 also provides sophisticated extra control functions:

Pump run-on, allowing periodic running down of the level below the usual “off” point to drain the sump; Power on delay, delays switching on pumps at a resumption of power; pump start delay to stop pumps switching on at exactly the same moment; pump exercising allows pumps to automatically switch on periodically during times of low flow; pump start point can be automatically varied to avoid build up on the sump walls; storm control changes the relay behaviour during times of extreme flow rates, aeration and flush valve control improve sump management.

Parameters logged as standard include running totals of individual pump running hours, total pump starts per pump, total of individual pump run-ons and minimum and maximum temperatures.
